Who Are You And Why Should I Listen To You?

My name is Jason Christopher and  I offer clients a variety of services including Motivational Speaking, Magic, Hypnosis, Coaching and I’m also a 3-time author. I also do marketing consulting and personal growth coaching. I want to address 2 of those topics in this letter: hypnosis and personal growth coaching.  

How A Clients Question After My Show Will Change YOUR Life…

About 4 years ago I was delivering one of my motivational talks on goal-setting. In that speech I give strategies for goal achievement using programming for the unconscious mind. I then tie in the key points with illustrations of stage hypnosis to explain why the unconscious mind is working the way it is. It’s a very unique presentation that is educational, motivating and FUN at the same time. It’s way better than ‘death by PowerPoint’ presentations.

Afterwards one of the participants on stage came up to me and said: “…when you released me from trance, I was so energized, my thinking was very clear, and I had not felt this good in a long time. Do you offer 1-on-1 sessions for issues that I may want to work on?”.

At that time the answer was ‘no’, but it got me thinking. Now after years of study on the subject of habits, addictions, stress, anxiety, smoking and weight loss I made the leap. I decided on change-work and mind-set shifts and I’m ready to offer YOU my new take on ‘Hypnotherapy’. I call it… 

The Brain ReTrain Method™

In short it is a method of getting rid of stumbling blocks, habits, fears, anxiety, stress and a host of other issues such as smoking cessation or weight loss. Studies at Auburn University show (and According to many other cognitive neuroscientists) your unconscious mind is responsible for about 95% of your life. This fact alone is why issues with typical ‘talk therapy’ take months or even years to overcome (if they even overcome it).

Think about this: your issue or habit is most likely at an unconscious level. Again 95% of your life IS: driving, breathing, walking (example: you don’t THINK: put one leg here then push off, now lift this leg, move it a bit forward, shift your weight) yet a ‘talk therapist’ wants your CONSCIOUS mind to answer why it has an issue at a subconscious level.

Does that make some sense?

So my method bypasses typical ‘conscious’ talk or ‘talk therapy’ and speaks directly to your unconscious mind.  It’s at that unconscious level that your changes begin to take place.

I wanted to take a brief moment to talk about what it’s NOT: I’m not a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist. I cannot ‘cure’ or diagnose anything or prescribe anything. You may be thinking: Well, how good can this be then?

  • Becky (name changed for privacy) came in my office with anxiety over her husband’s infidelity. She said she’s been crying almost every day for 2 years. Anxiety was an 7-8 out of 10. Within the first 40 minutes she was down to a 3. By the end of the 90 minute session: “I cannot feel it!” The day after our session she texted me: “I wasn’t sure if I bought into this prior to yesterday. I FEEL SO NORMAL TODAY!!!”

By the time our work was done, he’s feeling great about himself and has one of the top 3 times on the team and he’s working on being the fastest!  
  • Liz (name changed for privacy) came in for weight loss. In our 1 week follow up she told me that she’s already lost weight and cut out all of her ‘diet’ sodas. Hint: Diet sodas really aren’t. She’s been eating what she wants in a sensible way and losing weight just by going about her life as normal.
